What is the venue layout?

The ceremony will take place outside, cocktail hour will be indoors, and the reception will be back outside under the stars.

When should I arrive at the venue?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We suggest arriving by 3:00 PM to give yourself ample time to park, sign the guestbook, and find your seat comfortably. If you arrive after 4:00 PM, we kindly ask that you wait until cocktail hour to join us.

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Yes! We ask everyone to fully immerse themselves in the moment. Please refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony—we’ve hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture it all, as well as a content creator to give us memories to share. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you’d like!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Unless noted on your invitation, only those specifically listed are invited to attend. We are keeping the guest list intimate to create a meaningful atmosphere. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?

No, they’re not invited. This is an adults-only event, reserved for our closest family and friends. Think of it as a special date night to dress up, relax, and celebrate love with us. We understand it can be challenging to arrange childcare, so please reach out if you need local childcare recommendations.

Is there a dress code for footwear?

The venue is paved, so feel free to bring your best dress shoes.

Can I wear white, cream, ivory, or patterns that contain white?

We kindly ask that you reserve these colors for the bride and avoid any white or cream tones in your attire. Yvonne’s sisters will be strictly enforcing this policy :)

Will there be a bar?

Yes! We will have a selection of beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages available.

Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages?

Due to venue policies, we cannot allow outside beverages on the premises. Thank you for understanding.

What if I cannot make it?

Please RSVP as “not attending.” If you’ve already RSVP’d but are no longer able to attend, contact our Maids of Honor, Yllexa at (310) 773-2118 or Yrekka at (310) 773-2185 (text preferred).
